Were you able to respond to this week’s image prompt by oncle Jim? Perhaps you talked about a land of animal-headed humans or about how strange you feel in your own skin sometimes, at once human and not human. Maybe you depicted a surreal landscape populated by all manner of strange creatures. Whatever you wrote, we can’t wait to see how you responded to the image.

Donkey Boy
it’s strange how an image can conjure alleyways in our thoughts that lead us to lost realms or dead ends. i didn’t write on a literal interpretation of this picture, however the animalistic qualities, solitary existence, and stinking atmosphere elicited a response. my first “picture challenge” was met with attention deficit for sure!

Whew! I did not know what to do with this prompt for several days! Thanks for the challenge.
