When searching for this week’s words, I took to my bookshelves. My process was pretty simple. I pulled authors that I like, flipped to the 25th page of their book, and pulled one or two words that seemed interesting. This week’s words are courtesy of Carl Phillips, Kenneth Rexroth, May Sarton, Muriel Rukeyser, Paul Muldoon, Sylvia Plath and Wang Ping.
Participating in the Read Write Word prompt is just as simple. Just incorporate as many (or as few) words as you like in your poem. You can link to your poem in the comments of this post, but you may have more fun sharing during Thursday’s Get Your Poem On post.
If you would like to contribute words for any future Wordles, please email a list of your favorite words to info (at) readwritepoem (dot) org.

oh, well…
I’ll probably change my mind by Thursday!
